Poor service, not very helpful staff, felt like I was being served by robots. However they do stock a good range of product.

Helpful staff especially when it comes to looking for obscure parts. I was looking for a special swtch and they were able to find it. Though I have to say the cost is a bit high.

Handy store for electrical supplies. The staff seem specialized enough and where they are uncertain, they are able to get further advice from other staff. This store is very conveniently located and easy to get to. I highly recommend.
