Humbug Cafe

We were recommended to come here, and I am so glad as I would not have found it of my own accord. The place was very busy and has a lovely atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, tasty homemade chips, tangy tomato sauce. Burger very tasty and high quality bread. My salmon and bagel was good. Will definitely return.

The menu is varied and interesting, with something for every taste. It's great to see families being welcome as well (great highchairs for the little people). Humbug has all the hallmarks of a top cafe, but has the personality and prices of a local community coffee shop where everyone is a friend from the time they walk in the door.

A cute little cafe, very busy in weekends. Bagels with lemon curd are very good.

Visited with family across age ranges & found something for everyone, relaxed atmosphere & nothing was to much trouble. Food great and highly conducive to catching up and whiling away the hours. It was however a weekday- having visited twice before on a weekend we were unable to get in. Perhaps one for a weekday to get the right vibe!
