Caught their bus from the city out to Howick everyday and back and never had any issues - buses ran late too which was a life saver for me. Bus drivers always really respectful and some had good conversations with too. Highly recommended.

very comfortable buses, friendly drivers and most importantly these buses are relatively on time than the other buses running in other parts of Auckland, especially South Auckland. I would say the north shore buses are fine too, so they are at par. Easy way to travel from east and central suburbs

clean and tidy buses the drivers were friendly cheap fares and a good timetable thats easy to follow with great pickup and drop off locations that mean you can get almost anywhere around town easily

Good service, have had a ride from city to the south, the driver was nice and polite. Very clean and tidy interior space and comfortable seat.

The drivers are reliable and experienced as they are quite familiar with the routes.
