The staff were helpful and friendly and the store had what I was looking for.

Purchased some Tubus Racks from their online store, we recieevd confirmation of the order within a few days. After two weeks there was no courier or communication to say goods had been dispatched so chased them up only to find that there had been a delay in ordering due to a fire at the tubus Factory. I was asked to hold tight for a few more weeks, and hey, not much you can do about a fire so I was okay with that. However, two weeks have passed and I had not heard anything back so I chased them again only to find that they hadn't actually placed an order as there wasn't any stock in Australia.

Not a bad spot for kids bikes. Very limited range of adult bikes though

Biggest peev is that their poor customer service left me hanging for 4 weeks and they should have been upfront in the first place!

Staff are reluctant to take a proactive approach to resolving issues. In Store service is of a higher caliber than phone service.
