Staff are always trying to sell you the more expensive item. A lot of the stuff there is not as cheap compared to other stores but there is a large range of stock.

We went today and we knew the item we wanted to buy. The sales assistant didnt ask what we were looking for in a baby monitor and instead pulled the most expensive one off the shelf. I told him which one I wanted and the demeanor changed instantly and he became uninterested. As we walked around the store other staff were over bearing seeming to try get the sale. On the other hand...if you are in a rush and want in and out it can be handy to have someone direct you asap.

We came here looking to buy a new lounge suite, and while the stock is great, the store is well laid out and the prices are reasonable, we ended up leaving as the staff were over bearing. I don't blame the staff as that seems to be what the company requires of them, but the company really needs to change their customer service approach. At one point we even told them that we wanted to browse on our own and to leave us be and they literally took two steps and continued following at a slight distance.

Always love coming here! Lovely staff and always have good deals on! Such a wide ranger too

This is a massive store - actually split across two locations with electronics, kitchen and whitewear in one location and furniture next door. Good service. They'll price match any other quite for in stock item. Good range of Spple products
