Staff are always trying to sell you the more expensive item. A lot of the stuff there is not as cheap compared to other stores but there is a large range of stock.

Repairs staff was unhelpful and not very customer friendly. However management was amazing at getting a fast solution to my problem.

I purchased a pair of headphones for my husband online for Christmas, great selection online and the whole process was quick and easy and the delivery was prompt too

An excellent Harvey Norman, one of the best in Auckland. They have electronics and furniture making it a good one stop shop for all. The prices are consistently very good. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking right outside.
