Weve bought so many things here. My only gripe was poor customer service in the small appliance area, the person serving us couldnt understand my kiwi accent and arranged delivery for a completely different part of NZ because he didnt know our suburb!! We have bought outdoor furniture and large appliances and no problems.

Big store with competitive price and good quality product, have separate store lay out for furniture and electronics homeware, highly recommended for people wants to set up their new home!

The staff obviously are very knowledgeable, but I often feel like the male staff members are talking down to me, despite being clearly very tech savvy. I have even been asked if I should ask my husband to help!

This is a great store and we have been shopping here for years, I guess more that half the house is furnished with items from this store. They're a good lot, so thanks. I have found over the years that it sometimes pays to haggle a bit if your expectations are realistic with ex display items or items that have very slight cosmetic damage!!! I have had a fair amount of success with this, but I guess it a personal thing. All up, great store with knowledgeable staff.

staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, even gave us add on promotion on top of a very good price for our fridge. very happy with his service!
