came here last week on Friday sale. husband worked in hospital so we also get extra discount. very good to know. bought a fridge here at very good price, also got a TV here! their staff was also helpful and gave the right advice. not keep on selling us the most expensive type but advise which one is right for our lounge space etc

Standards of service at Harvey Norman have dropped tremendously. Staff will just want you to pick an item off the shelf, pay as quickly as possible at counter then leave. Will not return.

Ive only ever purchased small things from here like USB sticks and memory cards for cameras. Never had any reason to complain about the products or the service ive received. I primarily come to Harvey Norman for their photo centre, its great. Its convenient and the prices to print photos are minimal, even getting an enlargement doesnt cost much.

Store is undergoing renovations at the minute, but they staff were polite enough to mention this and offer a face mask should we want one when we entered. The store is laid out well, and the staff always seem very eager to assist and have good product knowledge, there are usually clearance items for those looking to score a bargain

Loved this store had a bouncy castle outside it's doors for children to play on, great customer service and allowed us to look for a new kitchen appliances. Visiting on a national holiday they often have great discounts store wide on electrical items.
