The mother of Harvey Normans. It is HUGE! Also I love this place because the workers are so friendly nice and will always offer you a deal if you ask! its honestly like heaven. highly recommend!

We came here looking to buy a new lounge suite, and while the stock is great, the store is well laid out and the prices are reasonable, we ended up leaving as the staff were over bearing. I don't blame the staff as that seems to be what the company requires of them, but the company really needs to change their customer service approach. At one point we even told them that we wanted to browse on our own and to leave us be and they literally took two steps and continued following at a slight distance.

This is a great store and we have been shopping here for years, I guess more that half the house is furnished with items from this store. They're a good lot, so thanks. I have found over the years that it sometimes pays to haggle a bit if your expectations are realistic with ex display items or items that have very slight cosmetic damage!!! I have had a fair amount of success with this, but I guess it a personal thing. All up, great store with knowledgeable staff.

Bought a product, had a few faults they replaced it fine. Replacement has similar faults.
Next product we have bought has been good, customer service is average. Prices seem to be ok
