This is a great store and we have been shopping here for years, I guess more that half the house is furnished with items from this store. They're a good lot, so thanks. I have found over the years that it sometimes pays to haggle a bit if your expectations are realistic with ex display items or items that have very slight cosmetic damage!!! I have had a fair amount of success with this, but I guess it a personal thing. All up, great store with knowledgeable staff.

Bought a product, had a few faults they replaced it fine. Replacement has similar faults.
Next product we have bought has been good, customer service is average. Prices seem to be ok

Nice, big store. A great range of products. Helpful staff, although you can barely take ten steps before being approached by another. Excellent range of kitchen electronics and cookware, in which I was shopping for.

Great place to shop and with competitive pricing on electrical and furniture.
