Terrible service, did not match the price for Terracan car for a friend of mine. They advertised for 5k on the website and on the cars display panel but did not bring the price down from 5200, I mean how ironic? Kept on pushing with the mechanical breakdown warranty in the price. Not recommended, I was thinking of even deciding to buy the IX35 but given how my friend was treated, no thank you. It's not like there is not enough Comp in Auckland.

Will never buy a car from this dealership. Worst experience ever. Asked for a purchase price and I was given 2 prices, one included one year mechanical warranty. Came back after 1 hour to buy the car without mechanical warranty and I was told now there is only one price available which includes mechanical warranty. Dealer wouldn't sell the vehicle without warranty. The website didn't mention anything about the warranty. The dealer was being greedy because he knew we were going to buy the car. Ethically it is wrong. Needless to say we didn't the vehicle.
