Yummy wraps. Tried a wrap this time and I have now changed from sandwiches to wraps as it feels like you get more value for money in terms of how many of each salad they put in.. Liked the Buffalo Chicken best with the crispy noodles.

The food they do is delish and very fresh and a good healthy option! I would recommend the BLAT Bagel and the Mexican Salad.

The fresh salad tastes amazing and healthy. I can taste they use free range chicken and lettuce were fresh and crisp. It is very worth it if you buy a groupon voucher before hand. They do run promotions like that from time to time. The location is also convenient too.

Fresh, quality ingredients with fast and friendly service. The staff are so lovely here, even though they can get busy at times. Always serving with a smile, and filling the sandwiches right up for you!
