      I have had a excellent service and outcome from Gupta's team. When I first came to see them, after work last week, i told myself another time wasting for us. The reason was that in last 2weeks, we have had two mortgage brokers who decline our application. They didn't even take through our offer to any one, just did a meeting and said No, Not possible, wait for another 4-6mths, then come back to us. We were extremely upset and disappointed and lost all the hope for purchasing our first home. My partner loves this place and since it came on the market last year. And we missed out then, But then we had the Vendor rang us and said it off the market and his first deal fell off. And he is still selling privately now. Are we still interested. This is our second chance and Today we are here @ Gupta's office getting our confirmation on our home loan approved & sittng with them structuring our home loan. I am still in shock and can't believe it. Its just the most Amazing feeling. My partner is over the moon. Its his dream come true.
