I've used the Silverdale store several times and have been left underwhelmed by the knowledge and indeed the freshness of their stock on occasion (brew kit well past BBE) although prices seem reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful but some seem more knowledgable than others. I've decided to look at other stores.
