They are very prompt in notifying landlord of any needs regarding the property. When we transition from them to Iron Bridge, they provide adequate notice and inform us way in advance, also offer to provide assistance during the transition should we require. It may be a small business in the neighbourhood but I guess their local knowledge is a distinct advantage compared to other international real estate company. Staff appear to be helpful but one suggestion is to offer advice and alternatives to landlord before conveying message from tenants, sometimes they merely forward the message but did not offer a suggestion to solve the issue.
