Giltrap nissan service was pathetic with the customer care and feedback. The issues as a customer which i had on my brand new car was addressed to the service advisor who was reluctant to hear. And after whole day service the problem remained the same. It took another hour to explain the problem is not fixed as they were reluctant to accept or look into what the customer was saying. Short tempered in the front desk worries customer like me to bring the car for service. This will be the last time me and my friends will be bringing our rides to the service centre. Unfortunately the quality of service provided is poor and felt neglected with an excuse of “we are busy so this is the what we can do”. The complementary wash offer is best to regect as they themself says it is worth less and the dirt and mud on a duraseal coated paint remained the same after the whole day paid service. Really pathetic I expected a bit more professional service approach but sadly as a customer I felt horrible.

Will never be back here for WoF or oil change service. Last year my car's WoF and oil deadline needed to be changes at the same time and I went to this place: the oil was changed and only 6 months were given until the next oil change, they failed me for WoF saying the suspension is bad, wipers are worn out , and headlights are blurry. Astonishingly, they wanted me to pay over a $1,000 to change the shock bearings, $300 for headlight cleaning, and $50 for the wipers. Moreover, they wanted me to wait for over a week to get spare parts from overseas or, alternatively, get a custom made the day after but, of course, for a higher price. Nuts! In the end, I ended up spending just $60 for WoF and $400 for shock absorber change at another place.
