Great ferry service, have used them many times, prices are reasonable and boats are nice. Food and drinks on-board are reasonably priced and staff are friendly and helpful.

Took the ferry to and from Waiheke Island and both times the ferry was on time and the staff were very efficient with boarding.

I highly recommend them for trip to Waiheke. Staff knows what they are to be doing and you do have food and drink option on board.

Good trip across the bay but prices are bit on the high side compared to the bus.
