      I have bought my plane tickets from them a few times. When I am not sure or yet to come to a decision, they are willing to give me a quote before I come to a decision on purchasing a plane ticket from them. This store has good customer service.

      Average customer service. Had to follow up multiple times via email as phone calls were not returned to be able to use my birthday voucher and get inflight meals as requested pre-covid. I have had better experiences with flight centre before.
