These guys are cake always home and they always leave a card to say come pick up or be redelivered. What is the point 1 time i was sitting in my car chucks a card in my letter box and drives off. They do it every frigging time Don't use them.

Appalling customer service. Lost parcel for over a month but the local branch wellington treat me like Im a hassle. Say they will call back but dont. I have not even been offered a refund. I strongly recommend others use a different Courier Service as Fastways do not deliver in any way.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish, from the courier driver, to the people i dealt with (Auckland). Will never use again and certainly not recommending them to anyone. Bad experience. Think twice before using them Aucklanders.

Full of crap, They do not come for pickups, Even if you drop package to there depot they do not scan it for days. It just sucks that you can't do anything about these courier companies.
This was my last parcel with Fastway, I will not repeat the same mistake again.

Though I don’t think fast way is the best for quality of service in Auckland, you do get good value for money, in other words you get what you pay for. Personally I find fastway to be a good option when sending packages within the city.
