They were just so rude and not kind! Didn’t smile at all. My friend finished early than me and she was standing right next of me and talking to me. Then they pushed my friend bit away then told “EXCUSES ME”. She was customer there as well. And they kept asking me show my receipt that how much paid for my pedicures twice! I didn’t lie! I went there to get rest but i got more stressed! And really rough handling. It was Bad experience ever! Such a west of time and money! I would give them ZERO star if i could!

Didn't like the service I got here, tacky and I left unhappy. Staff are rude and rush the job, don't speak English around you and make you feel uncomfortable, never coming back here again.

poor quality work done here and the staff are very awkward to deal with - i felt like they were talking and laughing about me in mandarin while they worked... made me feel very self conscious and not want to return here again

Rushed my pedicure so much with little care shown during the cuticle trim and the filing! My shellac manicure colour was changed at the last minute. I asked if it was the same colour as my toes?? Was assured it was - but when I got home it was clearly different! I rang and complained and said I would be back the next day for them to do again. The next day they treated me like a 'crazy customer'!! "You picked that colour yesterday!" They raised their voices at me. I felt embarrassed in front of other customers as I politely 'argued' my case time and time again. I asked them to pick a colour that matched the colour on my toes. They replied "We can't do that as we have too many colours to pick from" - OMG really?? No one was helpful.

I get my nails done often - in a variety of salons across the North Island. This is definitely the worst experience I have ever had. Will never return and felt compelled to warn others!!

There is absolutely no quality in the work. Sometimes you MIGHT get a better result but this only happens occasionally. There is no customer service whatsoever - you are never listened to, asked about what you want or looked after, you are treated like cattle and basically kicked out the door as soon as they are finished with you. The most conversation that happens in the place is between the "technicians" who just keep talking to each other in their language. I HATE going to this place but I can't find anywhere else to go around where I live that is any better.
