      Andrei arrived within 2 hours of our phone call to deal with a leaking shower pump . He was delightful and cheerful , very helpful and highly competent. Nothing was too much trouble, he sorted our problems and the bill was very reasonable .

      Needed to replace a hot water cylinder. Initial phone conversations were really helpful to establish what would best suit our needs within limitations of its location in the house, followed by quote and friendly phone booking system. The plumber Rowan arrived on time, co-ordinated cylinder delivery and electrician, worked efficiently and was pleasure to deal with. Job well done.
