I asked ETC Computers to fix the fan, motherboard and case on my computer. They fixed the case. They did not fix the fan as requested. The motherboard failed after one use. I contacted them about this and asked for a refund and they refused and said they would fight in court instead. Absolutely useless service. I am not more than $400 out of pocket with a computer that is unusable.

I broke my headset and was in desperate need of a replacement, Wayne at ETC Computers helped get my order organised and delivered within 24 hours, great service would definitely recommend!

Knowledgeable staff and good prices but after sales service is shocking. These guys have no conscience if a product is only just out of warranty , even if the problems started long before that.. even if they admit their product was faulty in the first place. They will stick to the letter of the law and not budge one inch in good faith. Terrible attitude towards customers, rude and unprofessional.
