      Customer Service in the shop in New Lynn is atrocious. Will never buy lights from here again. Completely un helpful when we went in to buy lampshades - it all just seemed to hard for the lay in the store. That should have been enough to not buy from them but I did... 6 lampshades. Which I needed to return. When I tried to return to the shop explaining the situation, unwrapped and unused the woman refused to take them and refund the money. We were just outside of the 7 day return policy by a few days, but still they were just very rude and unhelpful. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Take your business to a company who will assist you with your needs not treat you like you're a hassle to serve.
