Great service provided by EAP I have known many people that where going through a tough time, personally, financially or professionally and the lovely people at EAP really helped either over them phone or in person.

Super handy to access these services if provided by your workplace making it free to you. Only downside is you can only get 3 free sessions so it is only for short term assistance

Have been super helpful in navigating through a difficult period. Three free sessions provided through work, which can be the downside, but meet in person or over the phone. Waitlist can be long as well but really professional.
