Great way to learn how do yoga correctly. I struggle with relax.ing so was very helpful

had a session with a friend here and it was great. The insutrctor really took the time to show me exactly how to nail the positions, to make sure it got them all right the first time. Felt very relaxed yet worked out afterwards. highly recommend, price was great too.
