Really nice facial, very relaxing and my skin looks and feels great after it. l come back regularly and enjoy it every time. Very reasonably priced. The facial room is very clean and pleasant and they do everything to make you feel comfortable like heating in the room, hot towel, soft blanket...

Worst service I have ever experienced. Took my mum to get her hair trimmed and was served by a trainee. Not only were her skills inadequate, her attitude and customer service was horrible. Even after I asked them to fix the haircut twice (and got called annoying), it was still uneven. I've never lost my temper in public before but this time the rudeness and bad service was too much. I bought the service voucher from Groupon, highly recommend you don't purchase. Complete waste of money and time plus you risk looking terrible afterwards! Going to another hairdresser to get her hair fixed.
