Dantes has the best pizza! Have been here over 10 times probably and its so good every-time! This particular one in Takapuna is a little small but use their space well - good amount of seating. The pizza base and crust is so good I don't know how they do it. The pizzas are amazing and we get the proscuitto one every single time.

Dantes Pizzeria in Queens Rise was the ideal spot to grab an authentic Napolitano pizza and glass of Monte Pulcisno d’Abruzzo when you’re on the way to a theatre show with friends. Service was efficient and food food was impressively quick not to mention the food was exceptional. We even tried the Tiramisu and was flawed by how delicious this dessert was. Highly recommended!

The pizza, cooked in a wood burning stove, is true to it's Neapolitan roots and absolutely delicious. Good quality toppings on a light and fluffy crust. They also have an al la carte menu with other offerings such as a pasta, salads, appetizers and dessert.
