my mother went there today to get her WOF and got 2 front tyres replaced. no receipt or WOF papers. really dodgy. on her way home, the left front tyre had bursted and ripped. she carefully crawled the car home. upon inspection of the blown tyre i had noticed it was well worn out, had cracks and was not fit to be used on the road. we went to the workshop and the owner was apologetic. we asked for the receipt he said yes of course but never actually did give us one. they came to our home. the owner said he will sort this out in 20-30mins. (not one word of apology from the mechanic at all). they left and we went inside and waited. almost 2 hours later they still haven't returned. my mother rang them up and gave them a yell, then they decided to come back with our wheel and tyre...they refitted it and left...they did not give us any compensation or anything for what they had put us through. absolutely shocked at the customer service. 1 star. never going back there again.
