Extremely unhelpful and rude staff. What was meant to be a "0.5-1 hour" wait for our WoF to be done became a 3-hour wait, which screwed up our entire schedule for the day. The whole time we were seated in the office we were reassured multiple times that "it'd be another 10-15 minutes". We were nothing but courteous before, but drew the line after 2.5 hours. When we told him that we were upset not because of the wait, but because we were not told that it would take that long & that he did not seem apologetic at all, he had the nerve to say "so you want me to apologise? But it's not my fault". Couldn't wait to leave when we finally got the car. Worst customer service ever. From the name card given by the staff in question, his name would appear to be Lokesh.
