I came in to for a check engine light that kept showing up. I went to several shops and all of them just ended up clearing the light and telling me it was the emissions cap. After many failed tries of buying a new cap and going back and forth. I went in to prestige they actually showed me the codes which were more than just the emissions code that was showing up and that I had a cylinder misfire issue. after I found out what was the real problem I was pissed off to say the least. The rest of the jobs that needed to be done were hefty but at least now I knew everything that was wrong with it. What I really appreciated was that they were very helpful in explaining the problem , they gave me knowledge on future problems. If you are new to cars and don't have a grasp of certain things, this shop gives you useful information and service to you continue coming back for maintenance instead of larger problems that could've been avoided with proper knowledge.
