Crown are one of the largest records management companies in the world. All Crown locations in New Zealand can provide onsite storage solutions for hard copy and digital files, as well as the confidential and certified destruction of files, if and, when they are no longer required. We also provide Information Management Services to help companies control the large amounts of data that is created both physically and electronically. As well as being physically stored, all files are electronically, and securely catalogued giving customers access to their own database of records from where they can select which files they would like to request. A tracking service is provided for all files in order to create an audit trail and ensure that the location of each one is known from transit through to storage.
