Countdown Supermarkets

This countdown have really upped their game with the New World opening up next door. It's in the back of the mall and it's a bit of a maze to get there but you find it eventually. It has a good range and lots of specialty products. Lots of friendly staff as well.

The shop is a bit run down but always come out with what I need.

Very convenient to have a supermarket in the Milford mall, I always have to get some groceries after shopping and save some precious time there

It was quite busy but the check-out operator in front of me wasn't trained that well. Unfortunately the floor manager at the time wasn't providing much support so people in the queue were waiting for a while. He was really struggling to remove the security cap on some wine bottles, the manager came to help quite only when a customer complain very loud but she didn't know how to get it off neither. A lady on the queue had to suggest to the floor manager to get the operator continue with scanning remaining items while the manager seeking help with someone else who knows how to take the cap off.
