      I've recently moved from the CBD and this is a MASSIVE upgrade compared to Countdown Quay St. The bakery makes really delicious breads and the in-store pharmacy is really handy plus fills scripts for only $2.50.

      Checkout staff aren't super friendly which is why I try to use self checkout wherever possible.

      Can get super busy at times and the entrance way is poorly designed with baskets in an awkward location.

      Full marks to this Countdown in Browns Bay for the variety in the stuff they stock. Its GRAND in every sense, embellished by their ever going specials, signature friendly staff of countdown, no parking hassles, all in all a peaceful grocery shopping experience.

      Great store, handy location and reasonable prices. We always stop in here to grab a few snacks and a drink when we go shopping at Sylvia Park - best place to get a few bargain if you dont want to eat out at a cafe. Good service and nice staff too :-)

      Such a great store. Well stocked, clean and vast. Great range of items, and impressive Deli, butcher and kaimoana on offer. Lots of premade meal options available too. Friendly staff and helpful.

      Great store with a buzz , since it is located within the mall. Fresh farm produce and greater variety of cakes. Like this experience and location of this Mall.
