Feels old and untidy, small store and short staffed

After shopping i realized that i forgot my EFTPOS card at home. CSR was very helpful and she also put the frozen items into freezer until i come back to pick the stuff.

New Store is nice, but layout a bit confusing. Don't like the new bag systems at end of checkout's not practical. Most staff are friendly and store is tidy. Need to keep an eye on pricing though as sometimes find things are different to what is dipalyed.

I visit the Mt Eden store every week. They've got everything that I need, including fresh meat and international food. The staff are always friendly and ready to help.
