Cannot recommend Conroy Removals highly enough. We used these guys as the NZ part of our move from Melbourne. Hard workers, thoughtful and considerate. Would absolutely use again.

Shocking service. Please if you are considering using Conroys for shipments from Aussie to NZ, 'DO NOT'
Dealing with the Brisbane Conroys branch was a pleasure and easy going with great communication. Sadly once my shipment arrived in NZ it's hard to say this, but that is where the great communication and service stopped. As a kiwi it pains me to say at our end they have been very unprofessional, argumentitive and lack communication. After nearly 4 weeks of arriving in the country and 2.5 weeks after having my shipment cleared from customs. I have had to be chasing things up, then being transfered through 4 different people today I have finally managed to find out that my stuff is still sitting in Wellington. At least I now know where my stuff is, as no one seemed to know or care up to this point. When you have a look at Conroy's google reviews the Brisbane branch have a 4.4 star rating, but just keep in mind that you will be dealing with NZ Conroys for the second half of your job and they only have a 3.3 star rating. There is stress to be had when it all falls over in the last half of the process and you are dealing with people who do not give a care.
I am half expecting it to still get lost or have things stolen out of it as would reflect what has happened to others in these reviews. I wont hold my breath.
Stay away from New Zealand Conroys there are plenty of other shipping providers who are doing great from start to finish.

Absolutely amazing moving staff, went way beyond their normal job description. Everything was well packed & they handled all items well. Would highly recommend them

Moving large items around Nz and to aussie can be tough but these guys really made it easy
