      Haven’t really had heat pump installed with them, but was booked in for quite, took the morning off work for this, 15 mins into the appointment time, technician txt me saying he will be late which need another 30 mins, totally not professional, if you know you are running late, let me know in advance, not after 15 mins have passed :(

      Comfy Kiwi Homes serviced our heatpump/air con recently and did a really good job. The technician they sent was friendly and knowledgeable and did great job.
