Staff made an error with the amount of petrol they put in my vehicle (Double checked it was $20 verbally and staff member even held up two fingers and then they put in $40 which was what another customer wanted) blamed it on me and when I went to pay held my petrol cap and debit card and refused to hand them over. Card only had $20 on it for petrol. Staff were rude, made me wait for 20mins and in the end another kind customer paid for the difference of the staff members mistake. Such a horrible and embarrassing experience.

Not the best on price compared to other stations in the area, and staff aren't the friendliest unfortunately

Really poor customer service. Unwilling to sort out a payment issue, and very unfriendly and unhelpful. I wont be using this petrol station again.

Not a bad garage but the staff can be quite curt at times.

Staff were ok, tried to use a fuel reciept - the barcode was faded but the date on it was very clear but they refused to use it due to the code.
