Great service, knowageable staff - highly recommended

Great experience. Even though it was a busy weekend, one of the guys was more than willing to help up size up the kids with life jackets, including getting more stock out of the back room. We didn't feel that he rushed us to move on to the next person and let our son talk his ear off. We left as very happy customers.

So surprised and appalled at the terrible lack of basic customer service today! Not a smile, can we help you, or even eye contact at the counter when we spent over 1k worth of gear. We had to ask for help when choosing life jackets, were not approached when trying on jackets, and Ashleigh could not have been more disinterested in serving us. I am in retail and train team to offer great service, sometimes I understand it’s difficult when busy but there were more staff on than customers in the store. Please give your staff some retaining. I wish I had gone to the store in Opua where the service was exceptional
