Really helpful and knowledgable staff, needed advice about buying wood and electrical equipment for DIY project at the best price and they sorted everything out for me. The store is nicely laid out and if you can't find what you need just ask the staff member.

I love how big the stores and the variety of things they offer. I went into the Glenfield one to get bathroom things and the prices were very affordable. The only thing is the store is so big, it was hard to track down the small things I was looking for like the plugs for the sink. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly and smiley.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Pity they recently changed the kids playground, now it doesn’t suit smaller kids. Loved going there for a coffee & play

Excellent place to bulk buy materials such as wood and lumber. They always have the stock I need and are happy to give advice if you need it.

Amazing team you guys are. Always up for helping the customers, love the way you guys organise events/ free candy floss for kids. The store is very well organised and is fairly easy to find stuff as there is always more than enough people around to help. Cheers guys!!
