Bunnings Trade Centre

I have shopped here for years but have become increasingly disappointed in their ability to not answer their phones at all or when I get thru finally, to go to the relevant section, it hangs up.
Someone of importance needs to instruct the staff in customer relations.

Good selection of Timber better than your regular Bunnings stores. Staff aren’t very friendly however and are only open on weekdays.

Bunnings is definitely a one stop shop for all my hardware needs. The prices are always great and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A cafe for kids and a playground, which makes a great place to do errands on a rainy day too! What more could you want!

Great hardware store, love buying plants, pots and other gardening related stuff. Great tools and bbqs range as well. My only problem is that I can’t always relay on the employees to help me out, many of them are unprepared and don’t have much knowledge. Price is normally the best amongst other hardware stores.

Recently went into this branch for wood stain/ varnish, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and helped me out to get the right product :) Great customer service.
