Buildcorp preys on the poor and needy and act very unprofessional. They offer the worst and cheapest housing in Auckland will lock you into a contract you can't opt out of. I should have known not to sign the contract when they forced me to drive for 5hrs to pick up a confirmation sheet that could have been emailed only a couple hours before the deadline for applying for finance closes. Rooms are tiny, aged, and rarely clean and photos they post of their properties are misleading.
I have lived in Christchurch, and if buildcorp is representative of Auckland, I would leave and never return.
They make every process stressful and difficult, and service is rude at best.
0 stars out of 5 - I should have turned down a great career opportunity and stayed in Christchurch. Never been so stressed in my life.
