Got a quote for specific tyres which I paid for then found they fitted a different size and cheaper set of tyres.

Great customer service,helpful and friendly. Got me all the information I needed - quotes for a wide range of tyres,my finance options and gave a heavy discount on each tyre as they sympathised with my situation and my attitude towards buying more tyres. They went out of their way to make this experience great for me and they really did. Fast service and they went they exyra mile by not just cleaning the tyres but my whole vehicle. Love this place and il b only using this shop from now onwards

I have A Commodore VF Sports Wagon with expensive mag wheels. Took the car in for two new tyres, specifically asked if there would be any damage caused to mags changing the tyres...was told no. Both mags were damaged with tyre lever, incredibly upsetting!! Damage to be repaired but at considerable inconvenience. Should not have happened in the first place and mags should be replaced instead of repaired. Totally unhappy considering such a reputible brand.
