Amazing staff, awesome gin selection and the overall atmosphere is great. Came here after a meal at Mekong Baby where the service was laughable. The contrast was stark. Bonita’s is awesome

Bonita Bar was absolute dream of a find as a Friday afternoon happy hour bar to start the evening off at. This is a Spanish tapas bar and the staff are warm, hospitable, welcoming and engaging of all regular and new patrons. You felt the warm of Latino hospitality at Bonita Bar, whereby customers become friends and family.

We felt the impulse to try the Espresso Martinis as a Happy Hour treat and these were amazing. Frothy creamy head of coffee foam atop a dark rich espresso liqueur beverage. Very potent yet soothing and a perfect intro to cocktails.

To follow up as we learned from the neighbouring table of regulars that the proprietor is an expert mixologist, therefore it was a must try other cocktails he recommends. This led to a round of a fresh Strawberry Dacquiri, a Vanilla Vodka Mojoto and a Whiskey Sours and we were all in heaven! The guy definitely knew how to shake up exquisite concoctions!

These were exceptional cocktails and I’d love to revisit for tapas and more cocktails. We could only stay a little while as we had other places to be at. Highly recommended with the highest distinction!
