      Have been going to this gym for many years now. The best supervised circuit gym in the country, that i have found. The equipment is world class, and the staff are awesome, and provide very personalized service. Highly recommend.

      This is the best gym I have ever been to in my life. They now have the X Force machines with a trainer which is quick and you only need to do weights twice a week and the result is amazing. I love the sauna, pool and yoga classes.

      love this gym, trainers are really good and motivating i have been in rehab for my shoulder. i injured it while playing rugby but the trainers here really helped me with my progress. i will have them all a big thanks and shout out. because of their support i can go back to playing and costed me less than i thought,.

      Great gym, very effective circuit program and friendly trainers. Some classes get booked very quickly, would love to have more classes available to members. Pool and spa is a treat!
