      Does have good customer service but the person who helped me didn't know much knowledge about things the store can offer like higher feet for the beds, nice deals but the timing it takes to order in products and customise is way too long.

      I live out west but my bed, tall boy and another tall boy was bought from this company. The product bought was made in NZ and it is amazing and very heavy. Love every single dollar spent on it. They do have nice customer service too.
