Nice and tidy trucks, nice employees. However, within the last 10 minutes of my 8 hour hire, I called the office to advise I was driving through Manurewa and the man said that was fine and see you soon, so I assumed he wouldn't mind if I was five minutes late. Got there at 5.32pm and the place was locked up. Very disappointed. The employee came over from the takeaways to explain there was no room for flexibility and that's probably the biggest downside for me. Charged an extra 30 dollars. Employee was polite about it at least.
