Staffs were so helpful and friendly. Giving the best advice and service. No hard sale pushing or pressure just giving the info and knowledge. The place is big, plenty of parking, clean, and has so many products to choose from.

Decent store, prices are all over the place though, some bargains some wallet busters. Lack of seating for the mothers.

I visited this baby factory last month I went to buy some shoes for my niece and also some clothes. I saw that they had some real great deals but unfortunately they do not have sizes from 1 to 2. I noticed that the 1 to 2 year old sizes are always the first sizes to go. But they have lots of newborns clothing always on stock so highly recommend for those who have newborn kids. The lady that served me she was very friendly and very straight to the point I love that she was very helpful as well.

Visited the Baby Factory in Botany for the first time to buy a whanau member a baby shower gift. I loved the range of pushchairs and baby clothes. I picked up some amazing new baby outfits and cute teething toys. Well worth visiting if you are after baby items.
