I've been to the store several times now and staff were patient and friendly each time! Great range of products at more reasonable prices compared to other baby stores. I still have a few more things to purchase so will definitely be back here!

Great selection of products. Has all the baby essentials, some things a bit pricey compared to other places. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great way to shop through baby factory is through lay by. Have done a lot of shopping from cot - clothing and baby sheets today prepare for the arrival of my baby. Great service from staff.

Nice store, alwsys go here for car seats, big range and love how they let me try the car seat in my car to see if it's right before I buy.
