Auckland Zoo

I'm a regular visitor and love this zoo. Animals look to have plenty of space and the enclosures are well thought out with space to get away from the people. Often very busy on a weekend afternoon but it doesn't feel too crowded. Will be awesome when the building works completes

Zoo is quite well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing worth giving a thought is variety and number of animals they have. It has a nice gift shop for the souvenirs and a restaurant too for getting refreshed.

We have annual zoo pass for our family. There is always something new to see every time we go. The staff are informative and friendly and the cafes sell a good range of food.

Professional and very caring of the animals. The grounds are accessible. An entire day is needed to do it justice. The monkeys enclosure is astounding.

i don't usually like the idea of zooligical parks as i feel an animal should be in the wild and natural surroundings, however this park is beautiful so if an animal has to be in captivity this is a nice envoironmemt. some like th cotton top tamarins are able to travel between trees which is a treat for us and rewarding for them.
