Auckland Zoo

Love the grounds here, and the walk in aviary. the seals have a big pool to dive in and out of too. a real treat for children and adults and an opportunity to get close to animals that aren't native to NZ. Take a tram from Motat.

Great place to take the kids, the whole complex looks great. The Australian area looks amazing with the new uplift.

A great day out had with our son here. Very good value for money when you can spend the whole day wandering around.

Fun day out. Best time to visit is first thing in the morning right in time for all the animals breakfasts. They will be up and about usually at this time after breakfast. So much to do and so much to check out. Awesome little cafe and playground, food is a little pricey so you can bring your own lunch packed from home and there are many lovely little places you can eat. Loved watching the tigers being fed. Highlight of the trip. Will be back again soon.

We always enjoy our trips to the Auckland Zoo. There are so many different animals to see and alot of intereactive activites for the kids. Great value if you are able to use your entertainment book voucher. Staff are always great and helpful, lots of fun.
