In a busy and hectic world, Buddhist Centre is an inviting island of peace and calm! The centre is really welcoming and open to everyone to visit - Buddhist or non-Buddhist alike.

There are a wide range of classes available - the courses are filled with practical advice to help with the challenges we face in daily life.

I'd definitely recommend coming along to a class.
